🚩 Race Format

🏆DIVISIONS

🥇 Solo Division

Take on the entire FIITX race on your own — every lap, every arena, every challenge.

  • Start: Run 800m (2 laps around the track).

  • Enter through the FIITX Zone and head into Arena 1.

  • Work your way through Arenas 1, 2, and 3 — completing each test of strength and endurance solo.

  • Exit the arena and hit the track again for 400m (1 lap).

  • Re-enter the FIITX Zone and take on Arena 4 and Arena 5.

  • After Arena 5, push to the finish with another 800m (2 laps around the track).

  • Cross the Finish Arch — race complete.

This division is the ultimate solo test of both physical capacity and mental resilience, built for competitors ready to carry the full weight of FIITX on their own.

🥈 Doubles Division

Take on FIITX side by side with your partner — sharing the work, pushing each other, and finishing together.

  • Start: Run 800m (2 laps around the track) together.

  • Enter through the FIITX Zone and into Arena 1.

  • Work through Arenas 1, 2, and 3 — sharing the reps between you. Split the workload how you like, but every rep must be completed before moving on.

  • Exit the arena and hit the track together for 400m (1 lap).

  • Re-enter the FIITX Zone and take on Arena 4 and Arena 5 — again sharing the reps as a team.

  • After Arena 5, dig deep for the final 800m (2 laps around the track) — side by side.

  • Cross the Finish Arch together.

The Doubles Division is about teamwork, trust, and resilience — balancing each other’s strengths while pushing past your limits as one.

🤝Adaptive Doubles Division

Designed to ensure inclusivity, the Adaptive Doubles Division allows partners to share the work — with rep counts aligned to the Solo Division standards.

  • Start: Run 800m (2 laps around the track) together.

  • Enter through the FIITX Zone and into Arena 1.

  • Work through Arenas 1, 2, and 3 — sharing the reps between you, but with the reduced rep counts of the Solo Division.

  • Exit the arena and hit the track together for 400m (1 lap).

  • Re-enter the FIITX Zone and complete Arena 4 and Arena 5 — again splitting the workload with Solo rep counts.

  • Finish strong with the final 800m (2 laps around the track).

  • Cross the Finish Arch together.

🔄 Relay Division

Team up, share the load, and conquer FIITX together. The Relay Division is all about strategy, teamwork, and leaving it all on the course.

  • Start: Two teammates run the first 400m (1 lap) together.

  • Tag in the next two teammates to complete the second 400m (1 lap).

  • All team members enter Arena 1 through the FIITX Zone.

  • Each competitor completes one arena each (Arenas 1–4), with no run after Arena 3.

  • In Arena 5, each team member takes on one exercise each.

  • Exit Arena 5 together. Two teammates run the next 400m (1 lap) and then tag in the remaining two to finish the following 400m (1 lap).

  • All four competitors regroup and finish the race together under the Finish Arch.

The Relay Division embodies team spirit, trust, and shared achievement — proving that in FIITX, success is built together.

"FIITX was the first time I have competed in an event like this, having previously competed in running events. The exercises were challenging, but having the support of a team (relay division), was a motivating factor on the day. The exercises can be adapted, which makes it a fully inclusive event for people of all fitness levels and ability.
